ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability.


ARTWORK & PRODUCT VARIANCE

  • Due to the nature of fine art and handcrafted or limited-edition items:
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and printing processes
  • Handmade items may contain minor variations
  • Product images are representative, not guarantees of exact appearance
  • These variations do not constitute defects.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to production schedules, postal service issues, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.


ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


TAXES

Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on your shipping address.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, Services, or products, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
